AHPGA Program Director Lawrie Montague
Principal of this Gold Coast Golf School, Lawrie is one of Australia's most highly credentialed golf coaches. He's given golf lessons as State Golf coach for NSW and also the Women’s National Golf Coach from 1992 to 1999.
Much in demand for his golf lessons, Lawrie has been a member of the Professional Golfer's Association of Australia since 1984 and played the Australian PGA tour throughout the eighties.
Lawrie has a vast amount of experience taking golfers of all levels of ability to lower golf scores and his golf lessons have helped shape the careers of many top Australian golfers.
He has personally given in excess of fifteen thousand golf lessons in his professional golfing career.
Lawrie has a great passion for the game and a real commitment to helping others improve their golf game to optimum performance levels is seen in his golf lessons.

AHPGA Head Coach Tony Wells
After a very successful amateur golfing career which included representing NSW, Tony turned professional in 1997 after completing his Australian PGA Golf Traineeship at the renowned Newcastle Golf Club.
Tony played the Australian Professional Golfing Circuit in the early 2000's before deciding on teaching golf full time.
Tony has a vast amount of experience working with a multi-cultural clientele having given golf lessons in a number of overseas countries including Bali, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan.
been Personally trained by Lawrie, Tony has a full understanding of Lawrie's philosophies and teaching methods. Tony has been with Lawrie longer than any instructor and has done hundreds of schools with Lawrie.
A passionate student of the swing and the game, Tony is committed to improving golfers of all levels and helping his students achieve their golf objectives and goals.
